CAN I BRING MY DOG?

 

Yes, dogs are permitted so long as they are on leads at all times. Please bear in mind that there will be loud noises all day. We'll also have our 1 tonne dog watering point in the Centre of the Airshow.

 

WHEN DO THE GATES OPEN?

 

Gates open at 10am each day. There is no access to the public before this time.

 

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE GATE?

 

Tickets can be bought on arrival, while there is still availability. It may be that we sell out early on in the day, or even before. Ticket Holders will be able to enter, but we will close for new sales when full. Signs at the gate will indicate when that is the case. Buying online is the only way to know you have a ticket in advance.

 

WHEN DO I GET MY TICKET?

 

You will have received an email after ordering. This is your ticket.

 

I DON'T HAVE A PRINTER

 

Don't worry, please have your ticket ready for inspection on the screen of your mobile device.

 

WHERE'S THE BEST PLACE TO SEE THE AIR DISPLAYS?

 

When you arrive, we'll have placed maps in prominent locations and in the programme. The maps illustrate the best places to watch from; there are several hundred metres of prime viewing area.

 

I'M BRINGING SOMEONE DISABLED - WHAT FACILITIES ARE THERE?

 

Firstly, please ensure that you have a blue badge on display in the windscreen and follow the disabled parking signs. Once there, please wait for the disabled shuttle, a large golf cart which will give you a lift into the show. The shuttle operates all day, each day, so if you need to go back to the car, please wait in the area you were dropped and hail the shuttle. On site we have plenty of disabled facilities and smooth grass in the Clubhouse area viewing sections. Do please note that most of the site is grass.

 

CAMPING?

 

If you've booked camping, we will email you a pass in early July.

On Airshow weekend Please arrive anytime on Friday from 0900 until 2000, or Saturday between 0800 and 0900. Please note that after 0900 on Saturday the show ground means that we cannot site you until 1800.

 

WHERE'S MY CLASSIC CAR PASS?

 

When you book, you'll get a ticket by email. From early July onwards we'll email you your windscreen pass. When you arrive at the show, you'll need your windscreen pass on display and your ticket ready for us to scan. Classic Cars without a windscreen pass will be automatically directed to the main Car Park.

 

WHO IS PERFORMING ON WHICH DAY?

 

Please have a look at the top of the Air Displays page. On the right you'll see a panel with SATURDAY and SUNDAY. Hover over each day and it'll give you a list of which aircraft are booked for the afternoon, as well as the display times. Please do note that all of the Air Displays are subject to change and weather. We may have to alter who is performing and when as conditions dictate.

 

IS PARKING FREE?

 

We make no additional charge for parking (unlike other shows). Parking is exclusively for those attending the shows and we don't allow people to try to spectate from the parking area (for a start the view is terrible).

 

WHAT TIME ARE THE AIR DISPLAYS?

 

Displays start at 1300 each day and should end by 1700. All times are subject to change, mechanical availability and weather conditions. Keep an eye on the Latest News page over the Airshow weekend for the latest plan; we’ll also have screens around the Airshow grounds relaying information as it becomes available.

 

ARE THERE CASH MACHINES ON SITE?

 

Unfortunately the banks won't let us have a cash machine. Cards are accepted at Information, the Attack & Destroy Bar and the Ice Cream Revolution. A number of the food and trade stands also take cards. We continue to work to get a cash machine.
